VISA AND TRAVEL

The visa invitation letter does not guarantee a visa will be issued.
If you become unable to travel to this conference, we will unfortunately be unable to reimburse any personal travel costs.
This is including but not limited to, flights, accommodation,
taxis & transfers.

If you need a visa to attend the event, please let me know so that I can send you a personal letter of invitation to assist with your application. Please allow 72 hours for visa preparation.
