Granite Point is a repeat CRE CLO issuer, with 4 CLOs issued to date. The last CLO we issued was in the 4th quarter of 2021. What stands out in this instance is the resiliency of the CLO structure. In particular, at issuance SOFR was around 0.05% and since that time SOFR peaked at 5.40% in December 2023 and it has averaged over 4.3% since we issued FL4. Yet the performance of the bonds has been very strong with no losses to bond holders; which demonstrates the resilience of CLO structures and the strong-relative value that CLO’s offer to investors.
