SuperReturn International 2023: A thank you from the team!
From the entire team behind SuperReturn International 2023, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in making this THE year to attend - our biggest ever.
4,000+ people from across the world joined us in Berlin and it was fantastic to see so many talented, diverse and industry-leading individuals come together like this.
Once again, SuperReturn International returned to the Intercontinental Hotel in Berlin, bringing together the brightest minds and biggest players in private capital. Every year we anticipate the grandeur of this event with excitement, and every year we are taken aback by the engagement from the people attending and speaking alike and the passion shared between everyone there. This really was a pivotal moment for the industry and we’re already looking forward to 2024.
For the first time we launched a summit focusing exclusively on women in private markets. At SuperReturn we’re dedicated to supporting diversity in the industry. There is a long way to go to close the diversity equity gap and we will continue our aim to strengthen and support a more diverse and inclusive industry.
Sustainability remains a key topic, both on the agenda and in our planning of the events. SuperReturn is proud of our continuing efforts to champion sustainability at our events, and support the growing awareness of ESG, impact investing and sustainability measures in the industry with our ESG summit. We’re working towards becoming a paperless event, eliminating disposable cutlery and chinaware and are focused on further improving our efforts in the coming years.
As always Berlin remains the perfect setting for four days of meeting old friends and connecting with new peers. With added closed door discussions, interactive Q&As and dedicated networking breaks, and new functionality on the ConnectMe app, attendees and speakers alike were able to make even more lasting connections.
