Speakers

Lucas Miller has over 15 years of experience in the clinical research and IRT industry, with a background ranging from system support, development, project and product management. Lucas is currently the Director of Project Management and Product Owner at ICON plc. Throughout his career, Lucas has led with a focus on efficiency through standardization and process optimization.

Sydney McElroy has 15 years of experience working in the clinical trial space, working at the sponsor, vendor, and CRO level. Sydney has been with CSL Behring since 2018 as a Senior IRT Project Manager, supporting studies across various therapeutic areas including transplant, hematology and vaccines. Sydney holds a BSc in Biology from Washington College. In her free time Sydney enjoys reading and riding her Peloton bike.

Marc Lava is a 15-year industry veteran and Randomization & Trial Supply Management subject matter expert. In his current role at Janssen, he serves as the RTSM Product Owner and is responsible for managing all of Janssen’s functional IRT standards and owns the organization’s vision and priorities for each supplier’s RTSM platforms and applications.
