2. FILL OUT AN APPLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE
After learning which events you qualify for, head to the event website and click on the "Hosted Buyer Application" button to complete the application.
A $200 deposit will be required to apply, but you will be refunded at the end of the event when all one-on-one meetings are attended.
3. BOOK YOUR TRAVEL AND HOTEL STAY
Once your application is approved, a member of our team will be in touch to coordinate your travel and accommodations. We'll handle all of the details so you don't have to.
4. PREPARE FOR YOUR EVENT
Stay on the lookout for emails containing event details. As the event draws near, we'll send you your one-on-one meeting schedule so you can prepare for your upcoming appointments. Our Know Before You Go emails and webinars will have pertinent information including packing lists and check-in details.
5. GET BUSINESS DONE
Once on-site, your only job is to attend your pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings so you can get business done. When you're not in meetings, you're invited to check out our dynamic trade show floor, sit in on our top-notch education settings, and attend our over-the-top networking events.
