Micah Litlow joined Kalderos in 2018 as COO and became President in 2020. Prior to joining Kalderos, Micah held leadership roles at several large and emerging medical technology companies. His commercialization experience spans more than a dozen global healthcare product launches, including capital equipment, consumables, and software. These experiences have led to unique insights into the multifaceted economic requirements of life science organizations, how to launch, scale and sustain a successful product, and the ongoing ability of an organization to help customers realize differentiated value.
Vishali Amin serves as Chief of Staff to the Office of the President at Kalderos. In her role, Vishali optimizes how Kalderos delivers value to customers, improving process efficiencies across Medicaid, 340B and Commercial programs. With an extensive understanding of manufacturer workflows, she drives cross-stakeholder strategic initiatives and advocates for transparency within complex data sets. Vishali also leads the implementation of scalable operational practices that support disputing between manufacturers and states.
Vishali joined Kalderos with more than eight years of pharmacy experience. With her experience building a pharmacy from the ground up combined with her vast hospital infrastructure knowledge, Vishali is especially adept in bridging the gap between various healthcare players in pursuit of Kalderos’ goal to bring clarity and transparency to the complex world of drug discounts.
