BiOWiSH Technologies, Inc. has named Bill Diederich as chief executive officer (CEO). Diederich, who has been with the company for 15 years, spearheaded the development and commercialization of BiOWiSH’s agronomy program. Before this appointment, he served as the company’s chief innovation officer.
Bill Diederich has over 13 years of management experience in emerging businesses. Prior to his appointment at BiOWiSH Technologies, Bill was the chief operating officer of a manufacturer of biological products that supplies to agriculture, horticulture, animal feeding operations, industry and municipalities. He had also worked for 10 years in a supervisory role for Midwest Laboratories, now the largest agricultural testing laboratory in the United States.
Diederich holds a science bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska and has completed the University of Tennessee’s Comprehensive Nutrient Management Program. ●

CNH announced leadership changes in its agriculture business in the North America and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions.
Scott Harris assumed the role of president, North America. He brings multifaceted experience across the company’s agricultural operations, and was previously global brand president of Case IH and STEYR. In North America, he has led both the financial services business – CNH Capital – and the parts and service division. Harris has also helmed CNH’s CASE Construction Equipment, New Holland Construction and Case IH brands in the region.
Markus Müller has joined CNH as president, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Müller joined CNH in March 2025 in his current role, becoming a member of the company’s global leadership team. Before joining CNH, he was most recently chief technology and chief sales officer (CSO) at global engine manufacturer DEUTZ AG, a role to which he was appointed in early 2021. Müller’s education in Germany included a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and he received his PhD at the University of Rostock at the Institute for Internal Combustion Engines. ●

ICL has appointed Elad Aharonson as ICL’s new president and chief executive officer.
Aharonson has served as president of ICL’s Growing Solutions business since April 2021. During his tenure, he led the development of ICL's specialty fertilizer solutions and the expansion of these product offerings into new territories, through both organic efforts and via acquisitions.
Prior to joining ICL, Aharonson served at Elbit Systems Ltd. for about 16 years and held various senior management positions, including as executive vice president and general manager of the ISTAR Division. He also served as executive vice president and general manager of Elbit’s UAS Division. ●

BioWorks announced the appointment of Erika Rohr as regulatory manager. In this role, Rohr will be responsible for overseeing the company's regulatory compliance and strategy, ensuring BioWorks' products meet the highest standards for safety and efficacy, while reducing the time it takes to get new grower solutions approved for market introduction.
Rohr will manage and execute product registrations, label expansions, and compliance with state and federal agencies. She will also play a key role in ensuring BioWorks' biopesticides meet the stringent safety standards required for approval by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) and other regulatory bodies.
With over 15 years of regulatory expertise, Rohr has previously held positions at leading agriculture and pharmaceutical companies. Most recently, she served as regulatory manager at Pro Farm, where she was responsible for managing registration and compliance of the company's biological products across North America.

Snipes most recently served as CEO of Custom Agronomics and also served as CEO of Plant Response Inc., a global plant biotechnology company specializing in nutrient use efficiency, plant innate immunity and plant physiology. Plant Response was acquired by The Mosaic Company in 2022 and is now part of Mosaic Biosciences.
Snipes previously worked in leadership roles at Pinnacle Agricultural Holdings and Koch Industries. In those roles, he led business development efforts, implemented growth strategies, and identified acquisition targets.
