These robotics tools support our construction teams in the field by capturing site data, improving accuracy and safety, and delivering real-time insights that elevate project management and quality control. Their integration into our workflow allows us to streamline routine tasks while bringing new levels of precision to our development process.
Alongside robotics, we’ve also been refining several AI-powered systems throughout 2025 to enhance internal operations and the resident experience. This includes Ask Bridget, our AI chatbot that helps employees quickly find answers to HR-related questions, as well as proprietary tools like WBS and other internal communication platforms.
