Using this for a lot of document referencing. Meaning we will upload a ~1,200 page closing binder with loan documents, joint venture, agreements, title, work, etc. into ChatGPT, then reference from time to time. Example: “How is my DSCR test calculated?”. We also use it for creating business plans, agendas, and other corporate outline documents.

AI is now fully embedded across our business. We use it to analyze and comp properties nationwide with precision, generate detailed scopes of work for renovations, enhance listing photos and marketing content, identify investor-friendly agents and contractors, and produce educational and brand content at scale.

Our third party manager has integrated AI into our call center functionality and is also working with an innovative technology company on an AI enabled fraud detection/resident screening system. We use AI to some degree in gathering and analyzing market information for underwriting and asset management purposes.

This includes Ask Bridget, our AI chatbot that helps employees quickly find answers to HR-related questions, as well as proprietary tools like WBS and other internal communication platforms.
