Our latest partnership is with Evergreen Residential, a Dallas-based property management firm. The partnership began at the top levels of both firms – we were looking strategically for a long-term property management relationship and Evergreen was looking for an anchor client. This was an excellent match that came along at the perfect time, and we have transitioned management of over 20,000 scattered site rental homes to them over a relatively short four-month period.

In process of closing on a programmatic JV with an institutional capital firm for $200 Million/year to invest in Ground-up BTR community development.

We recently closed a recapitalization with two regional owner operators who were looking for scale and diversification. The process was very time consuming, but ultimately a win-win-win for all parties involved.
