At LGC Axolabs I have gained extensive experience in therapeutic oligonucleotide process development and scale-up manufacturing. My knowledge base covers a wide range of oligonucleotide modalities including, but not limited to, ASOs, siRNA, conjugates, gapmers, and aptamers containing both standard and exotic nucleosides. In my current role as Senior Scientist, I supervise an experienced team capable of conducting all process steps of oligonucleotide manufacture with the goal of creating robust scale-down models for cGMP manufacture. I work closely with both our Process Transfer and Manufacturing teams to ensure that every campaign is carried out with confidence and precision.

High Endotoxin is always a potential threat during the manufacture and production of oligonucleotides. Hereby Axolabs presents strategies and examples based on recent experiences with Endotoxin removal that we have developed along the way.
