You will be immediately asked to select your preferences regarding your topic and product interests. This will help customize your profile for the integrated AI matchmaking, enabling the platform to create a specialised list of relevant recommended for you.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the event homepage and you can navigate your way around the event using the navigation bar on the left hand-side.
For any speaker presentations that we have been given permission to share, these will be available for 30 days after the event has taken place for you to revisit after the live sessions.
To add sessions to your personalized schedule, select the 'Add to Schedule' button in the Event Agenda. All sessions that you have added will then show in the 'My Schedule' tab in the navigation bar.
*Please note, to watch any session when they go live, you will need to make sure you select the 'Add to Schedule' button.
Once the platform opens from Tuesday, October 20, you will be able to visit our sponsor profiles and learn about their products.
You will have the functionality to schedule meetings with their representatives and video chat to ask further questions, discuss your needs and share contact details for further discussion.
Networking will be conducted within our virtual conference platform. Our platform will make it easy to connect with the right people and help you to have conversations that matter. Once logged in, you'll be able to view other attendees in 2 ways:
Option 1: View an A-Z list of attendees categorized by their attendee type: all access delegates, speakers, sponsor and exhibitor representatives.
Option 2: The integrated AI-based matchmaking will recommend people for you to match with based on your topic and product interests. By creating your personal profile - you indicate who you are, what you're looking for and who you want to meet. To find your personalized connections go to the "Recommended For You" tab in the left hand side navigation bar.
From here you can schedule 1-1 meetings, show interest and if applicable, 'skip' a specific attendee.
As well as schedule meetings, you also have an instant chat function which appears as a pop-up at the bottom of your screen for anybody that you have made a connection with.

When is the speed networking event? There will be (1) speed networking event, taking place Wednesday, October 28 at 5:00pm EST.
Do I need to register for the speed networking in advance? Yes, registration for speed networking ends 1 hour prior to the start. This is because the platform needs this time to match all of the participants.
How do you sign up for the speed networking? You simply need to "Add to Your Schedule" on the Event Agenda page. To ensure you've added it, make sure it's listed on your "My Schedule" page.
Is there anything I need to do before the event? Yes, in order to ensure we connect you with the best people we ask that you answer all of the onboarding questions, as well as start interacting with the attendee list (showing interest in people, skipping people, and going through your recommended list). That way the platform has an idea about who you're looking to connect with.
